Rime is a lightweight, powerful cross-platform input method framework. As it takes care of many repetitive tasks for developers, developers can then focus on develop a better schema library and better input method.
Unlike Rime Squirrel on macOS, Rime Weasel provides a user interface to Windows users. However, it will still be challenging to install Jyutping on Rime Weasel to input Cantonese, as no English documentation available at the moment.
Therefore, this tutorial will help you install Rime Weasel to input Cantonese with Jyutping on Windows.

Tutorial for installing Rime Weasel on Windows to input Cantonese
This tutorial will teach you how to install Rime Squirrel on Windows to input Cantonese with Jyutping keyboard.
Run the Rime Weasel installer. The installer will ask you to agree with license and whether to use traditional or simplified characters.
By default Rime Weasel does not come with a Jyutping schema library. In order to download one, right-click onto the icon 中 and select 輸入法設定 (Input methods setting)

After that, a window will popup and listing all the available input methods for you to use in Rime Weasel.
As Rime Weasel does not have Jyutping by default, click 獲取更多輸入方案⋯ (Get more input methods) to download it.

A terminal should appear afterwards. Input Cantonese and run the command. The Jyutping schema library will then be downloaded.

Now right-click onto the icon 中 and select 輸入法設定 (Input methods setting) again.
This time you should be able to see 粵語拼音 and 粵語拼音(IPA版). Pick the one you like and save.
If you are only going to use Jyutping, deselect other input methods, or else you have to switch between different input methods later.

The last step is to reboot Rime Weasel by right-clicking onto the icon 中 and click 用戶資料同步 (Sync user data) and 重新部署 (Redeploy). After that you should be able to input Cantonese with Rime Weasel through Jyutping.
